- I would like to know what fabrics are made with Babyontop turbans and headbands?

We take special care in the selection of our fabrics. The majority of our products are made of cotton and we use spandex for elasticity.

- Oh ! I received a defective product, what should I do?

Direction the contact page! Our teams are at your disposal to identify what is wrong. If it is a manufacturing error, we will immediately send you a new shipment of a new item. And if your item is no longer in stock in our shop, you can choose a similar product up to your purchase price.

2. I HAVE A QUESTION ON THE ORDER

- How can I place my order online?

Nothing could be simpler, follow the guide in just a few clicks! To place an order on www.babyontop.com, you must:

1/Make your choice:

- Click on the product (s) of your choice

- Select the desired size

- Click on"Add to basket"

Once the product (s) have been added to your basket, you can either:

- Continue shopping on the site. For each new item chosen, you will have to follow the same path (select your size and add to the cart).

- Complete your order by clicking on the"Pay"button.

2/Confirm your order:

- Enter your delivery details. At this stage you can choose to use one of our express payment solutions. Currently Paypal Express & Amazon Pay are offered.

If you already have an account, you can identify yourself by clicking on"Open a session"with your username (email address) and password.

- Choose your delivery method

- Click on"Continue to shipping"

- Choose your delivery method. At this stage, if you have a promo code, you can insert it in the box"Gift card or promo code"

- Click on"Continue to payment"

- Choose your payment method

- Confirm your order by clicking on the"Pay now"button. That's it. Your order goes into processing:only a few days to wait before opening your package, yay!

- I would like to modify or delete an article from my order, how do I do this?

Ouch, we are sorry but once validated, your order can no longer be modified. You can therefore no longer modify, delete or add articles.

Heck, I made a mistake in my delivery address, how can I change it so that it is delivered to the correct address?

Do not panic ! You can change your delivery address. For this, nothing could be simpler:send a request to change your address to relations.clients@babyontop , specifying your order number and the new address to update in your order.

Where can I follow the progress of my order?

Still in our hands or in that of the postman? To follow the adventures of your package, go to the notification you received by email with your tracking number and click on the link provided.

How do I cancel my order?

Your order being processed, you can no longer cancel it. You must wait to receive it, return it to us and be reimbursed according to our reimbursement conditions.

How can I view my invoice?

Nothing's easier ! Your confirmation email serves as an invoice. You can also request a digital copy from our Customer Service at relations.clients@babyontop.com

I have not received my order, what should I do?

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 working days after shipping and, depending on the delivery method chosen, you still haven't received your package? You can check the tracking of your package via the link provided in the shipping email. If an anomaly has been identified in the follow-up, you can then either contact the Post Office if your package is still there, or our customer service if the package has already returned to our warehouse. In general, the Post Office keeps a package for 2 weeks before sending it back to us.

I received my damaged order, what can I do?

I have a promo code that does not work, what can I do?

14 days all round! You can return the product (s) with which you are not satisfied, within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will be reimbursed within 30 days of sending your package.

Yes, the return costs are your responsibility.

How soon will I be reimbursed?

30 days all round! You will receive your refund within a maximum of 30 days following the redirection of your package. We reimburse you by the same means of payment as that used for your purchase.
